The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) Assessment Team is currently in Kaduna State, evaluating the impact of Governor Uba Sani’s projects on the lives of local residents.
Ambassador Dr. Tivlumun Innocent Ahure, Global Director General and Head of Delegation for Africa, stated, “The purpose of this visit is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the positive impact of projects executed by Governor Uba Sani on the lives of local residents.”
Dr. Ahure: “We are here to assess the projects and initiatives undertaken by Governor Uba Sani, and to identify areas where the IHRC can provide support. Our mandate is to promote human rights and dignity, and we believe that this visit will help us achieve that goal.”
The IHRC team had requested a comprehensive list of empowerment projects and human rights initiatives undertaken by Governor Uba Sani, as well as those planned for implementation before the end of his tenure.
Dr. Ahure said further, “we will carefully review the submission and conduct physical assessments of the projects. Our goal is to showcase the positive impact of Governor Uba Sani’s projects and identify areas for improvement.”
The IHRC Geneva assessment aims to promote transparency and accountability in governance, and to recognize the efforts of leaders who are making a positive impact on their communities.
